Thus, Collimation takes no fees of any kind, unless Collimation is successful, and all Buy and Sell Side Transactions are expensed at 5.99% of the value of the transaction sale. Retainers are never requested for your assignment, unless it is a buy side complex assignment. Valuations only and Private Credit representation is expensed on a disclosed case by case basis.
